Below are our private server Policies, Rules and Sanctions.
By registering on our server, you agree to follow all Rules, Policies, and Sanctions across the game, website, and forum. It is highly recommended that you read and fully understand this entire page to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. These rules were created based on long-term experience and exist for one main purpose — to maintain a fair, respectful, and well-organized community on our server.

1. Fairness Restrictions

You are NOT allowed to use any 3rd party software such as hacks, accelerators, packet sniffers, editors, bots, or any other tools that interact with the client or server.
You are NOT allowed to exploit any in-game bug or glitch under any circumstances.
You are NOT allowed to hide discovered bugs or glitches. Any bug MUST be reported immediately to the administration.
You are NOT allowed to register fake guilds to occupy Castle Siege slots.
You are NOT allowed to use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages or Credits.

Punishment: Permanent Account Block (including associated accounts if necessary).

3. Staff Impersonation

Do NOT pretend to be a staff member or act on their behalf.
Do NOT claim to be related or connected to staff members.

Punishment: Permanent Account Block.

4. Chatting and Global Posting

Advertising is forbidden (servers, cheats, pornographic content, or external links).
Only item trading (B> / S>) and MU guides are allowed.
Spamming in public, gens, or /post chat is prohibited.

Punishment: Warning, Character Ban, or Permanent Account Block.

5. Fraud and Virtual Goods

Account trading is NOT allowed.
Trading items or services for real money is forbidden.
Selling leveling or farming services is prohibited.
Asking for taxes (spots, party places, etc.) is forbidden.

Punishment: Permanent Account Block.

6. Misleading Reports

False accusations of hacking or cheating are not tolerated.
Edited or fake screenshots are strictly forbidden.
Reports must be sent directly to administration with valid proof.

Punishment: Warning, Character Ban, or Permanent Account Block.

7. Refund Policy

All products sold on our website are digital. Once a payment is submitted, refunds are NOT possible under any circumstances.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect basic information during registration or purchases to improve user experience, customer support, and transaction processing. Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.

9. About Donators

All donations are non-refundable.
Donators are equal to non-donators in all situations.
Breaking rules applies equally to all players, including donators.

10. Server Admin Authority

Admin decisions are final and cannot be challenged.
Admins may act outside the rules for the benefit of the community.
Admins will NEVER ask for your password or personal data.

11. Game Master Authority

Players must respect Game Masters at all times.
Game Masters may ban players for investigation purposes.
Insulting or challenging a Game Master may result in permanent bans.

12. Game Master Restrictions

Game Masters must not request personal information.
Game Masters must not use their powers for personal benefit.
Participation in Castle Siege is forbidden.

13. Agreement

Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. Repeated violations will result in permanent bans. Appeals may be sent to admin@dartmu.com if applicable.
